50 sit ups
50 pull ups
50 burpees
50 air squats
50 DB snatch (22.5/15kg)

Scaling:
pull ups – reduce the volume or scale to jumping pull ups
snatch – choose a weight you can keep moving
Top tip:
Keep chipping through the movements, keeping breaks short if you need them
