OUR CLASSES

If you are brand new to CrossFit, the first step is to complete our Foundations Course. This three-session course will teach you fundamental moves including squat, deadlift, press, clean, snatch and gymnastics basics. It also enables us to understand your goals and current fitness level and to explain the principles of CrossFit and how workouts can be tailored to you as an individual.

Foundations classes run every Sunday morning 9-10am. If you can’t make these, we can arrange private Foundations sessions at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.

If you have at least three months of prior experience of CrossFit, it probably won’t be necessary for you to complete the Foundations Course. Please contact us if you’re not sure if this applies to you.

CrossFit - daily schedule

CrossFit classes are constantly varied, teaching you new skills and making you stronger and faster. We might include any combination of strength, running, rowing, biking, weightlifting, gymnastics, jumping, throwing, carrying, climbing, kettlebells and more!

Foundations - Sundays 9am

We ask all new members to attend our foundations classes (unless you already have experience of CrossFit). These cover the fundamental movements: squat, deadlift, press, clean, snatch and the gymnastics basics

Saturday morning Barbell classes are for people who want to focus on their olympic lifts; snatch and clean & jerk

Want to shift some heavy stuff? Then GRIT is for you! Expect tyre flips, yoke carries, prowlers, sled drags and more
