CLASSES

All of our classes are run by experienced CrossFit coaches, who will teach you to move safely and efficiently.
This means you can learn new skills, improve your technique and get stronger, fitter and faster in a fun and friendly environment.


We believe fitness should be challenging, rewarding, constantly varied and something you actually look forward to doing!

CrossFit

Daily CrossFit classes are constantly varied and will teach you new skills whilst getting stronger and faster. We might include any combination of running, rowing, bike, strength, weightlifting, gymnastics, jumping, throwing, climbing and more! 


New members who don’t have prior experience of CrossFit will learn the basics in our Foundations Course. All workouts can be tailored to the individual, regardless of your current fitness or other limitations.

Barbell

Our Saturday morning Barbell class is for people who want to focus specifically on the Olympic lifts; snatch and clean & jerk.


This class is suitable for all levels, but you must have either attended our Foundations Course or have prior experience of Olympic wightlifting to attend.

GRIT

Want to get your head down and shift some heavy stuff? Join Sunday morning GRIT class! Expect tyre flips, yoke carries, prowlers, sled drags and Sunday laughter.


GRIT doesn’t include highly skilled or technical movements and both monthly members and drop-ins are welcome to attend.
