TRAIN INSIDE OUT
FAQs
What if I’m not fit enough?
When we say everyone’s welcome we mean it! Even if you haven’t ever set foot in a gym you will be able to join in our classes. We’re used to coaching elite athletes alongside people who’ve never trained before and all workouts will be adapted to you as an individual. Don’t delay, take the plunge and join a class, you won’t regret it.
How much do classes cost?
We have a variety of pricing options which can be found on our memberships page here [link to memberships]. A one off class is £20, block bookings are cheaper and an unlimited membership works out at about £7 a session if you come 5 times a week.
Can I just turn up?
No; you will need to book into a class in advance, which can be done on our bookings page. Before your first class we’ll need you to set up an account and complete a waiver online (this is a very simple process). The reason we ask people to book in advance is so we can cap our class numbers to ensure we maintain our quality of coaching. You can book into classes 7 days in advance.
Do you do classes for kids?
We have partnered with Mint Coaching to provide after-school classes for children between the ages of 5 and 17. Bookings are made on a termly basis directly with Mint. Their website and contact details can be found mintcoaching.fit.
Do you offer nutrition advice?
We have partnered with NUCOA Nutrition to provide nutrition coaching. NUCOA offer on-line and in-person coaching, always tailored to the individual. Their website and contact details can be found at nucoa.co
Do you offer personal training?
We encourage everyone to join classes as you’ll get an awesome workout and have fun alongside others. However, if you want some individual focus we also offer PT sessions outside class times. Please email us at hello@traininsideout.fit for more information.
Can I come and train on my own?
No, at the moment we only offer class training or PT.
Why aren’t there any classes on Tuesday or Thursday nights?

Do you have parking?
Yes, we have onsite parking and we’re easily accessible by public transport too (we are a stone’s throw from several bus routes on the Upper Richmond Road and a 5 minute walk from Barnes train station).
