MEET OUR COACHES

Our coaches are experienced, passionate people, who have a genuine desire to help you improve. We are all CrossFit Level 2 certified or higher and take great pride in providing high quality coaching.


We will help you to learn new skills, improve your technique and get stronger, fitter and faster in a fun and friendly environment.

Holly Hammill
Head Coach
Tristan has coached gymnastics for more than 20 years, teaching at both recreational and elite level. He cut his teeth as part of the coaching team for the Great Britain U12 Boys Gymnastics squad, working alongside some of the world’s top gymnastics coaches.

Chris’ passion for sport and fitness started as a player for Harlequins RFC and playing Judo at National Championship level. With Harlequins’ strength and conditioning team he learnt what makes top athletes tick helping build stronger, faster, more agile players. All that experience makes Chris a great CrossFit coach and Personal Trainer.

Foundations

We ask all new members to attend our Foundations classes, teaching the foundational moves; squat, deadlift, press, clean, snatch and gymnastics basics.

Saturday Barbell class is for people who want to focus on their olympic lifts; the snack hand clean & jerk

GRIT

Want to shift some heavy stuff? Then GRIT is for you! Expect tyre flips, yoke carries, prowlers, sled drags and more.
