We are TIO CrossFit, London’s first indoor-outdoor pop up gym.
Does pop up mean we’re temporary? No! Our gym is built from container units, but we run classes through sun, rain and snow!
We run class-based workouts for all abilities. All of our sessions are coached and all workouts are scaled to the individual. If you’re already super fit we will challenge you, but you DON’T need to be fit before joining a class! Even if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym before, you’ll be able to join in and we will get you fit and feeling awesome!

Everyone is welcome
We don’t care how much training you’ve done before, everyone is welcome. All we ask is that you bring a positive mindset, you try your hardest and you’re nice to everyone else in the class - simple, huh!
Our promise to you is that you will never regret turning up to a class. Fun, fitness and feeling a little bit better than before is what we want to give you every single session.
Classes
We offer a wide variety of classes, including high-intensity interval training, strength training, strongman (think tyre flips, prowlers, sled drags and generally moving heavy stuff!), bodyweight movements, rowing, running, bikes… the list goes on.
We believe that the best approach to fitness is to move in a wide variety of ways, get your heart rate up, get out of your comfort zone and learn how to move and lift safely.
Coaching
All of our classes are coached, which means we’ll teach you how to do the movements safely and efficiently - it’s a bit like group PT. Our classes change daily and you’ll be told exactly what you’re doing at the start of the class. You will very rarely repeat the same workout twice (occasionally we’ll do a repeat so you can test how much fitter you’ve got).
