A) Back squat 10,10,10
B) 15 minute AMRAP
> 5 pull ups
> 10 push ups
> 15 sit ups
Scaling:
Pull ups – can be done with a band
Push ups – can be done on a box
Top tip:
Today is an opportunity to find a weight you can move for 10 quality reps on the back squat. Expect to be out of breath after each set!
